Matty Soler and René Grajales own and manage iTrip Fort Lauderdale, managing vacation rentals in Las Olas Beach, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Lauderdale by the Sea, Wilton Manors, Sunrise, Plantation, Davie, Weston and surrounding areas in Florida.
The couple met while attending college at the University of Tampa in Florida, where they earned degrees in administration and marketing. Thereafter, they both pursued graduate education and earned MBAs. During their 25-plus years of marriage, the Grajales family lived in Panama and Puerto Rico before making South Florida their home.
For the past 20 years, Matty has enjoyed a successful career in interior design and real estate house staging. René got a taste of business ownership early in his career when he owned an international import-export business that sold goods to supermarkets in Panama.Later, after working in IT, he held senior level management positions in Fortune 500 firms in North America running multibillion-dollar sales and marketing teams.
Both entrepreneurs at heart, Matty and Rene have owned and managed rental properties in Florida, Puerto Rico and Panamá. They are also avid world travelers and short-term rental experts. Experience on both sides of the business has given them a taste of what is needed to create great and deliver the service vacation rentals owners and guests expect.
Matty and René are excited to represent Fort Lauderdale area homeowners and provide the care and protection each property needs. Additionally, they look forward to interacting with visiting guests and help them create amazing memories of South Florida they will treasure for years to come!
